“1 37 digital agency” is an innovative full-service real estate development agency, based in Riga, capital city of Latvia.
The client wanted to improve overall UX/UI of the brand and website. However, the biggest challenge was to develop a functional platform, for a proof-of-concept, to test whether or not customers would like to view and buy apartments online.
Project goal
First real-estate platform in Europe, in which customers & investors could virtually walk in apartments on high-fidelity 360-degree tours, and effortlessly set online reservations, check out and receive keys to the new apartment - without any physical contact.
