My role

I collaborated with Sprii (formerly ELISA) for two years, as their lead UX/UI web designer & developer, working on various company-wide projects, that included website redesign and development, vertical expansion of the website in collaboration with SEO specialists, custom visuals for both website and marketing needs, and tons of marketing materials such as e-books, whitepapers, and more.

Additionally I was responsible for video content production, shooting and editing, and helped to build an in-house video studio.

Design

I redesigned the website 3 times, within the span of 2 years. The goal was to improve the design, which was non-consistent and mostly focusing on features, to a totally unique and highly converting website. I improved the consistency and branding, overall structure, and made sure the user journey is much more efficient and funnels traffic to a single call-to-action.

Additionally, I designed hundreds of visual materials. The biggest challenge was to explain the value and benefits that this technical software product allowed to achieve. To an audience, which has no idea how this new solution differs from other sales channels and tools. Live shopping was a new category in e-commerce, and our goal was to be the top educator in the Live shopping space.

Development

Firstly, I leveraged the existing WordPress website, which I radically improved the user experience (UX), overall branding and UI consistency, performance (68% improvement), SEO and website structure. I completely rebuilt the website from scratch, implementing dynamic CMS systems, WPML translation module, mega-menu's and ton's of speed-related improvements.

However, at one point I had an initiative and decision was made to switch to a Webflow which has been known by it's performance and pros when compared to WordPress. After we received a new branding, my task was to design the website and coordinate the development process.

Concept

The new website, featured in this case study, was the largest project to date, as it required a complete re-thinking of the existing website structure, and I had to implement a completely new branding, in a very short time.
