About the role
We're looking for a designer-developer hybrid who can take a project from concept to a live, polished website. You'll work directly with Arturs and Kristiana on client projects spanning brand identity, web design, and Framer development. You'll have a real voice in how we work and what we build.
What you'll do
— Design and build websites in Framer for real clients across SaaS, e-commerce, and personal brands
— Create brand identities including logos, color systems, and typography
— Collaborate closely with the team in Figma before moving to Framer
— Own projects end-to-end: from brief to launch
— Communicate directly with clients and handle feedback rounds
What we're looking for
— Strong visual design sensibility and an eye for detail
— Proficiency in Figma and Framer (or willingness to learn Framer fast)
— Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics and responsive design principles
— Self-directed: you manage your own time and deliver without hand-holding
— Clear communicator in English (Latvian or Danish is a bonus)
