OUR role
We partnered with 137 Agency to lead the evolution of their digital presence, transforming their original WordPress MVP (built in 2019) into a fully modern, high-performance platform on Framer CMS in 2025. Leveraging six years of platform data and operational feedback, we rebuilt the website to optimize for agent usability, speed, dynamic content flexibility, and future scalability. Our solution supports 137 Agency’s innovative real estate model with a custom CMS architecture that empowers both marketing and operational teams.
Design
The redesign focused on creating a cleaner, more intuitive UI while optimizing the user journey across all devices. We modernized the visual hierarchy, streamlined the presentation of property data, and introduced responsive, mobile-optimized structures - like the custom dynamic tables for building pages. These tables adapt content for desktop and mobile views without compromising functionality, a major UX upgrade compared to conventional HTML tables.
Development
We transitioned 137 Agency from a legacy WordPress structure to a fully custom-built Framer CMS platform. Key improvements include:
A modular CMS setup with multiple collections (apartments, buildings, offers, articles).
Contextual dynamic field rendering: content adjusts dynamically based on CMS field settings (fields are shown, hidden, or switched to an alternate version depending on the data context).
Custom responsive tables for building listings, designed without traditional rigid HTML tables, ensuring mobile-first usability.
Dramatically improved page load speeds, system stability, and content management ease for agents.
Concept
137 Agency’s business model is built on innovation - offering the first fully contactless real estate purchase experience in the Baltics through 360° virtual tours and smart contracts. Our website solution needed to reflect this visionary approach: it had to enable seamless remote purchasing while maintaining clarity, trust, and operational flexibility. The final result is a high-performance platform that matches 137 Agency’s mission of redefining real estate transactions for the modern buyer.
